Welcome to our research group (ESTG) hosted at Fayoum University. We are mainly interested in the science and engineering of surfaces and interfaces of various materials and devices. Our team members have extensive background and expertise in different fields including Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Electrical Engineering. The labs of our group are well-equipped with the most needed tools and facilities for carrying out world-class research and development in areas such as membrane science and technology, printed electronics, carbon-based materials and devices, solution processed solar cells, solar energy systems, 2D transition metal chalcogenides and biosensors. ESTG has established close and long-term collaboration with academic and industrial partners from twelve countries in Europe, USA, Asia and Middle East.
